Peak District Challenge

A looped route to & from Bakewell on 9 / 10 July 2022

Our base-camp hub in idyllic Bakewell will welcome over 2,500 adventurers who will test themselves in the fabulous Peak District National Park. There’s a full range of camping options, car parking, and extensive hospitality & welfare services across the weekend – with a full 100 km Challenge which takes a tough & varied figure of 8 route through Derbyshire’s finest scenery. 

Your entry includes free food and drink at regular rest stops, plus support including medics, marshals and massage. As you cross the finish line, you’ll get a glass of fizz, tshirt, and a medal to commemorate your achievement. You’ll get full support all the way, and with half & quarter distance options also which pass Chatsworh House – there’s a Peak District Challenge for everyone!

Cotswold Way Challenge

Tough rolling hills & stunning viewpoints – join in on 25/26 June 2022

Our base-camp in Cirencester is the hub for a 100 km looped route through the heart of the Cotswolds, which provides a stunning setting for 2,000 adventurers to test themselves. There are rolling hills, villages, the magical Cotswold Way, footpaths & trails, with some fabulous views en route – and a few tough hills in between! 

Your entry includes free food and drink at regular rest stops, plus support including medics, marshals and massage. As you cross the finish line, you’ll get a glass of fizz, tshirt, and a medal to commemorate your achievement. You’ll get full support & hospitality, including optional university style accommodation at our base-camp, and with half & quarter distance challenges also – there’s a Cotswold Way Challenge for everyone.

Lake District Challenge

Experience England’s finest and most scenic countryside on 11 / 12 June 2022

Take on England’s finest countryside at your pace. Our Challenge base-camp is in Kendal, and from there it’s a 100km anticlockwise loop taking in a couple of tough hills, Ambleside, a half way point by Lake Windermere, forests, and nature reserves – with some stunning views en route – before a huge welcome and celebration back at Base Camp after a momentous journey.

London to Brighton Challenge

Discover this iconic route from Capital to Coast on 28/29 May 2022

Now in its 10th year over 2,000 adventurers will take on the Capital to Coast route and test their grit over the Bank Holiday weekend. Richmond-Upon-Thames is the start, and it’s over the North Downs with wonderful Surrey & Sussex countryside to half way at Turners Hill. The full 100 km route heads over the South Downs before the welcome sight of the Brighton coastline comes in to view.

Jurassic Coast Challenge

Experience the UK’s best coastline on 14 / 15 May 2022

Join 2,000 adventurers of all experience levels & ages and Walk, Jog or Run the spectacular Jurassic Coast – a World Heritage Site. Spectacular World Heritage coastline, with a start in Corfe Castle, the route heads down to Swanage, then along through Lulworth Cove, past Durdle Door, with ups & downs to Weymouth at half way. For 100 km challengers, it’s past Portland Bill, nature reserves, along the western end of Chesil Beach, and on to West Bay’s famous cliffs (of TV’s Broadchurch fame) – before a finish line celebration in the vibrant Dorset town of Bridport.

Isle of Wight Challenge

Walk, Jog or Run around the coastal path, on 30 April/01 May 2022

The coastal path will welcome challengers along the spectacular southern cliffs, past the iconic Needles and up to historic Cowes at the half way stop. For Full Island challengers it’s on to historic Ventnor, and back to our welcome Base Camp in Chale after an epic 106km journey.

Easter 50 Challenge

Make your Easter weekend one to remember on 09 April 2022

From our Windsor Racecourse base camp 1500 adventurers will head out on looped routes through the Great Park with fantastic views of the Castle, on to Runnymede, along the Thames Path, and takes in some wonderful countryside. You’ll get full support all the way, a few post Easter surprises, a celebration finish at base camp, and a BBQ meal. It’s a great way to kick off the 2022 Ultra Challenge season, and to get in shape for summer.

Winter Walk Challenge

Kick start your New Year fitness regime on 29/30 January 2022

A great event to walk off the Christmas celebrations, and to kick start your New Year fitness regime! There are Full Marathon Half Marathon options, both starting & finishing at The Oval Cricket Ground on Saturday 29 & Sunday 30 January, and take in highlights of the Thames, its historic bridges, and many of the Capital’s key landmarks. Families are welcome, there’s a free winter bobble hat & neck buff, rest stops with snacks, with a special medal and hot food at the finish.

Whether it’s to enjoy an active day out with friends, or to maintain a New Year fitness regime – there’s a London Winter Walk for you!

  • The Full Marathon – 42km figure of 8 starting & finishing at the Oval Cricket Ground
  • The Half Marathon – 21km loop past Tower Bridge to Southwark Park
This event is strictly walking only – so no jogging or running is allowed.
