MFMM is delighted to accept a second grant from Dementia Research UK to support project measuring effects of personalised music on people living with dementia.

To make a regular donation by bank transfer (rather than through our JustGiving page), please download and complete our Standing Order and Gift Aid form using the button below and send it to us by email at info@musicformymind.com or by post at the address above.
Gift Aid
If you are a UK tax payer, you can add 25% more to your gift by completing a Gift Aid declaration when you make an eligible donation. This means for every £1 you give, we receive £1.25.
