To make a regular donation by bank transfer (rather than through our JustGiving page), please download and complete our Standing Order and Gift Aid form using the button below and send it to us by email at info@musicformymind.com or by post at the address above.
Gift Aid
If you are a UK tax payer, you can add 25% more to your gift by completing a Gift Aid declaration when you make an eligible donation. This means for every £1 you give, we receive £1.25.
When making an online donation, you will be asked if you want to add Gift Aid to your donation and asked a few simple questions to ensure your donation is eligible.
